Usually within seconds of payment approval. The maximum we will tolerate before treating a recharge as undelivered is 24 hours.
All seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah. The plate cascade matches the registry: every category that exists in a given emirate is listed in the dropdown.
Minimum AED 10 per top-up, maximum AED 5,000 per top-up. You can submit a second recharge right after the first is confirmed.
The colour code only applies to certain categories (mostly Private plates). For Taxi, Fleet, Government, Public Transportation, Export and so on, the registry does not carry a colour code — the field is intentionally disabled.
Our acquirer settles those two networks in dirhams reliably. We do not accept Amex, JCB or Discover at this time.
Not on our servers. The card form lives on the secure checkout subdomain and is processed by a PCI-compliant acquirer. We retain only the order id, the amount and the masked last-4 of the card.
See the refund policy for the full text. In short: if 24 hours pass and we cannot trace the credit, the chargeback is initiated to your bank card within an office day. Refund window is 14 calendar days.
The plate cascade selection is never stored on our side. The order record we keep contains the amount, the order id, the masked card last-4 and the mobile number you entered — that is the minimum we need to support refund disputes.
No. We are an independent online recharge service. We act as a payment intermediary — we take your top-up instruction and your card payment, then we post the credit to the toll account.
No. The web flow is our entire product — load the page, pick the plate, pay.
