Four things you can do here.

A focused tool — nothing more, nothing less. Each function lives on its own page so you only deal with the form you need.

01

02

Balance preview

Quick lookup that returns the current credit attached to your plate before you decide to top-up.

03

Recharge history

Your recent top-ups on this device, listed by date and amount, with the order id you can quote in support.

04

Order status

Paste the order id from your receipt to see whether the credit has been posted to the toll account.

Plate cascade

From plate to tag, in four selects.

UAE plates carry several layers of identity — the emirate of issue, the registration category, and a colour-code letter. We accept all combinations across the seven emirates.

  • → A
Emirate. The issuing authority — Dubai through Fujairah.
  • → B
Category. Private, Taxi, Government, Fleet, Trade, Export and so on.
  • → C
Colour code. Only Private plates carry a letter — every other category skips this step.
  • → D
Plate number. Last bit, the digits printed on the metal.

No tag is bought here

We only post credit to a tag that already exists in the toll registry. New-tag activation goes through the original issuer.

14-day refund window

If the credit has not posted within 24 hours and we cannot trace it, the chargeback is initiated at our cost.

No card data lives here

Card details enter on the secure checkout subdomain and stay with the acquirer — our side stores order id and amount only.

FAQ

The five questions we get most.

Whose toll tag does this top up?

Any vehicle registered in one of the seven emirates with a linked electronic toll tag is supported. The credit posts to the tag's account, not to a personal wallet on our side.

What is the minimum / maximum?

Minimum AED 10 per top-up, maximum AED 5,000 per top-up. You can submit a second recharge right after the first is confirmed.

Why do you ask for the plate colour?

Private plates in Dubai and most other emirates carry a one or two-letter colour code — that letter is part of the plate identity, so the toll registry uses it to disambiguate similar numbers. For other categories (Taxi, Fleet, Government, …) the colour code is omitted automatically.

Are card details stored anywhere on this site?

No. The bank card form lives on the dedicated checkout subdomain and is handled by a PCI-compliant acquirer. Our database keeps only order id, amount and the masked last-4 of the card.

What happens if a recharge fails?

The bank card is reversed automatically. The toll account is never partially credited. Refund window for traced-but-not-delivered top-ups is 14 calendar days.
